Sausage casserole with sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
Serves 4
1. Peel and slice the onions and garlic. Fry them in butter over low heat in a frying pan.
2. Slice the meantime sausage and potatoes. Shred the tomatoes.
3. Add the sausages and potatoes. Pour in the chicken stock and water.
4. Sprinkle with tomatoes and basil. Let the pot boil uncovered for about 2 minutes. Serve with a dollop of pesto.

4 marinated sundried tomatoes
2 tbsp. concentrated chicken stock
4 dl water
fresh basil, chopped
1 dl pesto
