Falu sausage with Feta

Sausage with feta cheese

• 700 g Falu sausage

• 200 g Feta cheese

• 1 tbsp. dried thyme

• 1 red bell pepper

• 1 green bell pepper

• 1 yellow bell pepper

• 1 onion

• 100 g pitted black olives,

• 1 tbsp. olive oil

• salt and black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 200° Celsius.

2. Put the sausage in an ovenware and cut several slots in the sausage

3. Spread the feta cheese into the slots and sprinkle the dried thyme.

4. Cut the peppers and onion into slices. Add around the sausage with olives.

5. Pour in a little oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix and place in oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with rice of your taste
